I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If I could give more stars, I would. I'm out of town on vacation, but I've a lot of work to get done at the same time. My laptop charger died on me this morning, and I was in a real pinch. I went in to the Mt. Pleasant Office Depot, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The gentleman working in the printing department went out of his way to help me find the right replacement, and when he couldn't find the right voltage the gentleman in the laptop area came over, went through a bin of chargers they were recycling and gave me a new/used charger free of cost. I was seriously impressed by the customer service at this location. It made a stressful situation a redemptive situation; it was a blessing! Thank you for the exceptional customer service! You all are amazing!
If you enjoy going to the webpage to check & make sure Office Depot ink cartridges are in-stock and on the shelf, only to walk in and find an empty shelf, but higher-priced Canon cartridges filling two rows, then this is the place for you!

Horrible... my girlfriend ordered from there online- and they wouldn’t release the product to her. Hours on the phone with corporate showed that she was in the right- but the manager still wouldn’t give her her prints. Bad customer service- go anywhere else but here.
Horrible experience with tech department. Called and explained need for a data transfer on my old HP computer - Ron said no problem. Dropped off later that day to Zachery. He filled out some forms with my information, I asked if I needed to pay, he said no.
Next day Ron called said I had to pay before he would look at it. Told him I would come by after work and pay the service fee. I paid.
On Saturday I called to see if my data transfer was complete, Ron said “oh your system is too old, cannot do anything for you and I would appreciate if you can come get your computer”
No further help, very rude.
Ask about a refund, Ron said “I have no record of you paying for the service. If you have a receipt then we can refund”
I didn’t have a receipt, just a work order ticket.
Went to go get my computer, Ron was out to lunch. Another associate helped me get my computer, I inquired about my refund and she asked for the receipt. I produced the work order ticket. I raised hell about the refund and after about 30 minutes waiting around the store, she produced the original receipt that had been taped to the box and refund my money.
What a hassle.
The Mount Pleasant Office Depot is wonderful! I used the copy center, they were very helpful. I was at the West Ashley location a week ago and they still haven't gotten my order right! If you have to go to Office Depot choose the Mount Pleasant location
