The Exchange is the absolute best place to have your wedding! I had my reception here, and Bethany and Kenzie made it an absolute breeze. I didn't have to worry about a thing! The venue is beautiful and completely customizable. My guests could not stop raving about how perfect the venue was. I'm so happy to have chosen the exchange!
I started going here in January of 2020 and I LOVE it! I rent from the shared space as opposed to a private office. There are 2 phone booths for privacy if I need them, and conference rooms to rent if necessary. I can print things here and there are mailboxes as well.
The community is great! Yesterday I grabbed lunch with a new friend I met here and we just left our stuff (computer, etc...) and it was perfectly safe and sound when we returned. The people are kind, both the other workers and the staff.
I will stay here for as long as I'm in Chareleston!
Eric H. & Taylor T from west edge showed me around this evening. I was late but they were nice enough to wait around. The place is probably the nicest in town and you can really feel they developed a great sense of community among all the residents. I hope to sign a lease soon and get moved in.
I have been working at Office Evolution for the past couple of weeks now, and it has been a great experience. It is a great space to have your own work space and a great place to be a part of a professional community. Beth, the office manager has been very attentive to our needs, and has responded to our requests effectively. There is a very entrepreneurial spirit here and I have met several great people doing their thing and building their respective careers. I also really like the adjustable desk so you can sit or stand while working.
This location always brings me a smile. They get the drinks right and have fast service. Max took our order and really brightened my day. Then at the window, the employee kept conversation. Great stuff :)
Best co-working space in the greater Charleston area. Progressive companies, open community, all sort of resources to draw from whether it's marketing, software development or manufacturing. Has made an appreciable impact on my business decision making... thank you!

Highly recommend this co working office! It was a big step to leave my home office to join Venture X but I am so glad I did. I believe it was my best business move of the year. The networking and community in itself is a huge benefit. The staff is great and are always creating cool office events, booze carts, Christmas parties, pancake breakfasts, you name it. Very impressive office suits to wow your clients. Oh and if that’s not enough walk right out your front door to the brewery and all the restaurants in Park Circle! Worth every penny. Awesome place keep up the good work!
The Hub is an awesome brand new workspace that has affordable plans for any budget. They also are a one time monthly fee with no hidden fees. Staff is friendly and helpful! It had a great community feel where other members show interest in what you or your business does. FREE PARKING which is always a plus! They have cold brew on tap that keeps me going throughout the day! I would definitely recommend them to any new business owner or start up entrepreneurs who want a professional work environment where they start in the shared common area and grow into a private office!!
Narrative Workspace has been a game changer for our small business, GOMED. The staff is very accommodating and personable. The space itself is well maintained and centrally located east of the cooper! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Local Works is a fantastic co-working space that is lively and friendly. I've been a member for just a month, but in that time feel like I've joined a good group of people. I'm excited that my membership helps local businesses!
Great and clean but if this is same place the Employees don't need to sit on their cells and ignore Customers !I worked for 3 and 4 $ an hour and never in my days had a cell We never talked to our kids all.the time.We .I think u only need cell on your breaks.Its ridiculous u sit on phone ignore customers.
