This location always brings me a smile. They get the drinks right and have fast service. Max took our order and really brightened my day. Then at the window, the employee kept conversation. Great stuff :)
The thing I love about Starbucks is they are always consistent!! This is gold when it comes to great coffee!! The coffee was hot and perfect! This area had plenty of space and everyone maintained social distancing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They all followed Covid regulations. The bathroom was clean with plenty of products! I would highly recommend this Starbucks if you are in the area!
Great customer service! I wanted a strawberry cheesecake frappe from the secret menu. And they were amazing at doing the order, and made it perfectly! Little cup of heaven. Thank you!!
Stopped by this location this morning and asked if I could get one of the tall just regular coffees they are offering the month of December since I am a Dental worker. Was told that the free coffee is for healthcare workers only and that since I am not one that I would need to pay. I didn't mind paying but was taken back being told that I am not a healthcare worker or basically essential. The customer service at this store has definitely changed. I have had other employees in this office go to other locations and have not had a problem or been treated that way. Its not about wanting something for free is just about realizing everyone is essential at this time and we have been here and working during this entire pandemic and put ourselves at risk daily. Little disappointed in Starbucks.
Went through the drive through ordered a Carmel frappuccino and a white chocolate mocha frappuccino when delivered they both came out white! I asked if it was correct they informed me yes! Never in 20 years has a Carmel frappuccino from Starbucks been white. I taste them both and they taste like flavored milk! I parked took the drinks back in and told Heather they taste like milk! She took them and yelled with out a mask" to each is own"! The young lady who made the drinks was nice but she must be bew. The second drinks are nasty too but she tried she also gave me a 4.00 gift card. So I only wasted 7 bucks and 25 min!
