Nice hotel.
Very friendly staff.
I would like to thank the barman to serve us on Newyearseve with the covid restrictions present.
We stayed here for 10 days. Within that time we changed rooms twice due to the amount of noise. If you stay on the first floor beware you will be hearing the doors slam from the kitchen first thing in the morning and late at night.
We then got moved into another room where the walls were made of paper.
The swimming pool area needs a lot of TLC and is a health hazard.
Other than the staff being extremely friendly this hotel is extremely disappointing.
Nice swimming-pool, nice place. That's it.
Service in the restaurant is awful. Employees - girls - are more busy on their mobile phone than with their guests. So is the so-called ”menu", just a joke.
The room will not be cleaned except if you ask for it, because of Covid. Well, ok.
Then, when you ask : "It will not be done today for sure. May be tomorrow"
And the next day nothing. And so on.
Are you kidding ?
Cleaning woman - who finally received the message - is perfect by the way. Hotel management is simply a disaster.
These people are making fun of their clients. May be they want to get rid of them ?
If my journey would have been refundable I would have left after 2 days.
They won't see me again, for sure.
Awful... Rooms are cleaned once a week, people play - loud - in the swimming pool until 10pm when I'm allowed until 7pm, who knows why ?
Menu in the "restaurant" is a choice between A or B and waitresses just don't care about you.
If not the children playing in the swimming pool at 10pm, then you get for sure cars and police/firemen cars driving crazy right under your window (they don't mention it in the brochure for sure...).
Just forget it. For me, no question : never again.
And don't forget : use less towels "for the environment"... How to make guests feel guilty when actually hotel only wants to make economies.
Shameful.
Stylish lobby and bar, but rooms are more basic. There's a safe in the room, which is useful, and an outdoor pool and some sports facilities.
Staff were great throughout the stay, and I would stay here again.
