Rudely interrupted during lunch to take out our luggage because cleaning lady has to clean, even though they had entire morning to notify us. Portions of the food were small, no chair or trash bin in the room 100, service technician entering in my room without knocking, button in the elevator missing with wires open... I would avoid
This hotel is located in a beautiful location. Very short distance from here to the port. The hotel has high speed Wi-Fi facilities throughout the hotel. I arrived at this hotel on the 05th of November 2020. I will stay at this hotel until November 14th. The hotel is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The bed here is also very comfortable. The food at this hotel is also very tasty. This staff will help you with all your questions. I highly recommend this hotel to accommodate all those who come to this city.
We went without AC for 2 days. First we were told it was building wide then on 2nd day were told it was just our room. They switched our rooms. That was a bit of a chore as we had unpacked and settled in nicely to first room and husband had to be at work for a 14+ hour day and I have one hand recovering from surgery. 2nd room oddly shaped and not as much storage space. Closet is very small and no drawers to put in your clothes so most are staying in our suitcases. If you plan an extended stay and like to unpack be sure to check out what is available as they have different options. AC is good in this room. I went to restaurant for lunch today and had a tuna bowl. It was OUTSTANDING. Breakfast has been great also. The fruit and cheeses they offer have been very fresh. Staff have been very nice and speak English well. I am changing my review to be as fair as possible.
Friendly staff, great food, comfortable rooms at few minutes from shoping center and restaurants. Great place to stay when traveling.
Good place, good hotel, good safety precautions during take meal, but it is not comfortable for clients, as for me... other everything is OK, the same as around
