I would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a chair that was damaged once I got it out of the box. Was told I could bring in a photo of the damage and receipt and they’d honor a discount for the small tear. Showed up and told me I’d have to bring the chair in that I assembled already and the replacement chair they would give me I’d have to assemble again or pay them to do it. Manager on duty had zero empowerment
***update*** Once their customer service team was involved they resolved the issue. Thank you. Just wish it didn’t take a bad review to get action.
They advertise that they pack and ship for fedex but they wouldn't do that even for an extra charge. I was told I had to go buy their overpriced packing material and pack it myself. Then I bought tape and the guy that specifically said they don't offer ANY packing materials said they will give you tape to use, after I had started to use the overpriced tape I bought!
