Excellent atmosphere and great place to work! Real plants, kind people, and amazing breakfast the first of every month. Equipped with all of the resources and appurtenances that make a productive and enjoyable co-working space.
I absolutely LOVE the Rising Tide Innovation Center!
RTIC is a welcoming, affordable, and extremely clean co-working space in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the other members are an eclectic bunch of savvy professionals. The office space is equipped with everything you could possibly need: coffee, water, snacks, glassware and silverware, printer/copier, mail delivery, teleconferencing equipment, and soundproof phone booths.
I came to RTIC because I needed someplace to study for the Bar exam. They provided a consistently professional space where I could focus, read, and undergo intense exam preparation. With 24/7 key fob access, I could come in on the weekends, or stay late without any issues. The atmosphere at RTIC is so uplifting and zen, that being there helped me remain upbeat when Bar prep got rough. Because of the pandemic, the Bar exam was administered online for the first time in history and RTIC provided a quiet, insulated space that satisfied the security requirements, where I could take this exam for six hours each day over the course of two days. I'm thrilled to share that I passed because of RTIC.
I truly could not recommend RTIC more highly.
Wonderful co-work space. Great team running operations. Extremely clean, spacious, and great amenities!!!
RTIC is clean, spacious, and accommodating. It's has several amenities to support it's business owners. They make efforts to be inclusive and serve our diverse community. RTIC has been gracious in their support of Action Zone and our mission to serve the veteran and milspouse entrepreneurs of Tampa Bay by providing classroom space when needed and free co-working every Monday to veteran and military family entrepreneurs.
Pros:
-Great location downtown, close to many restaurants and the USPS store.
- very friendly and welcoming staff and members. Tristan and Juan are very accommodating to member’s concerns. If you have an issue, they will listen and try to address it.
-free snacks and coffee- since covid, there hasn’t been a lot of variety in snacks but after addressing it to Juan, he’s bought back some of the snacks that were there before.
- lots of seating, phone booths and good size conference rooms. I wish we could book for more than 1 hour at a time but it’s understandable.
- free masks, gloves and hand sanitizers
- clean bathrooms and kitchens
- member events even though it has been slowed down due to covid. I’m sure they will do more once covid is over.
Cons- the building and elevator is old so it could be renovated but they are aware of it and I think that’s a management issue with the owner of the building .
Overall, it is a great coworking space and the staff and members really make this an enjoyable place.
