What an amazing easy experience dealing with these guys. Corey and Gabe certainly went the extra mile to help find us our dream apartment! We were a bit lost amongst it all but as soon as these guys took over the whole experience became effortless. Gabe was always at the end of the phone anytime we needed advice or assistance. The Agency is a totally different real estate experience. Do yourself a favour and give these guys a call! You won’t be disappointed. Fantastic!
Corey Rotunno-Grant is professional, diligent & caring about the people that he deals with. I own an investment property in Mermaid Waters which was mis-managed by the previous real estate company. The property was not cared for, for over a year with overgrown lawns, wandering creepers had taken over the entire garden, property not cleaned thoroughly by the previous tenants who literally trashed our property & the previous agents were too 'busy' to get things back in order. In fact our property was vacant for a whole 3 months before we appointed Corey as our Property Manager. He is a gem of a guy & an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has transformed the property & got it back to look like a beautiful home again. He got the property leased to a family at the desired weekly rent. And all this was achieved within 1 WEEK of me transferring the management of our property to The Agency. As Sydney based investors, we're relieved & at peace knowing that our investment property is in the best hands. Thanks Corey & the team at The Agency.
The Agency w/ Corey acted as the realtor of the house we rented in Miami. Coming to Australia as a European, good customer service was material, and Corey provided that to the highest extent! He answered e-mails promptly, informative and polite both before and during the tenancy and whenever a probem occurred, he was quick to solve them. I have absolutely no complaints and can highly recommend the services of Corey and The Agency!
The Agency & Corey couldn’t have made moving into our rental any easier!
