Stayed at Carlos Pointe in a 5th floor end unit and it was great!! I could tell that the place was well cared for. So clean and pretty!! Had a great time and they had everything we needed and well organized too!! Will be booking the same unit again for sure!! Great views of the large sand beach!! Can’t wait for more!!!!
We spent time with Mr Nesbit. We were interested in purchasing property. Very helpful gentlemen. Attentive and went the extra mile.

We loved our vacation In this home! This was meant to replace the Hawaii trip we had to cancel due to covid. Although it wasn’t quite the same it was definitely paradise! The Beautiful beach is a short walk away, the pool was perfect for the kids and the dock in the back got us out on the water in minutes by boat. The management company was very easy to work with and helpful.
They have provided my family with beautiful Fort Myers Beach Gulf Front accommodations for a very reasonable price for many years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Great view that’s about all. Quality of a 2 star maybe less hotel. DO NOT RENT thru this company. The home was extremely dated and under maintained. No blinds that works anywhere in the place.(so getting up at 6:45 is the only choice.) The bed felt like they filled it with rocks to get the stiffness. Windows have never been replaced and the 95 degree draft coming thru really compliments the non-stop a/c running to try to keep up. Master bedroom temp was substantially hotter than the rest of apartment. Gift bag is a package of random junk with the company name all over it.(glad I got to pay for this) do yourself a favor...book thru a different company.
