Really no complains about my stay here. My rooms (I've been in two) were both clean and warm, the beds comfortable. All the staff very friendly and helpful, loved my long chat with one of the managers. The breakfast absolutely remarkable with wide choice of both salty and sweet foods, way above the average of hotel in the same category and even better than many hotel of higher category. Last but not least the city centre, although not extremely close is easy to reach in a few minutes by tram that stops 300 meters from the hotel.
In 15 years I have bought and sold the house twice as needs changed, this is the first agency that has taken my request seriously. He sent me an email with a property sheet without me calling and asking for updates. My third search has just begun. Hope to find a home with you!
The preparation of the coworking reflects very much that of many literary cafes. The structure is very large, with both mobile and fixed workstations. There is optical fiber via LAN connections, private meeting room, Skype room. Really very beautiful as an environment, silent and ideal for freelancers and / or small companies that are entering the world of work. Excellent availability by the administration with respect to particular and specific needs.

A wonderful co-working space in Firenze! Situated very close to the Tramvia, which makes it accessible from most of the city. Umberto & Alessandro are the kindest owners, the environment is minimal, creative and filled with good art, and the caffè provides a more relaxed and fun space to work from. Wifi is fast, they have daily newspapers and periodicals, and free cookies! Being in Rifredi also makes working here more focused, not to be distracted by the busy city centre. 91C is a truly great place for digital workers and digital nomads alike.

The hotel was very good. Actually it was a way better than our expectations. With air conditioning in the room, it was like a dream when you come from hot humid weather outside in the afternoon.
With basic breakfast in the morning we were puzzled in the beginning. Since we were comparing that to the German, English or even American way of breakfast which is like a huge party of food. Later on, we have realized that, this is the normal way to have breakfast in Italy. They tend to have an Italian coffee with a small piece of pastry.

Beautiful apartment, clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. Located in a strategic position to reach the various hospitals, in the surroundings there are supermarkets and groceries but also other useful services. I was looking for a coworking station with an excellent upload internet connection. Regus was a perfect solution. Wonderful venue about 10 minutes from the historic center, in a modern building. Minimal furniture with numerous offices and workstations where you can work without distractions. Super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff, responds to all customer needs (from booking the office to picking up mail directly on site).
