The hotel location cannot be any better. 10 m away from Ponte Vecchio.
The Junior Suite we had was spacious, the a/c working very well, a large fridge and a safe we included, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom modern and spacious.
The whole hotel team took great responsibility during these tough COVID-19 times and made our visit of Florence an awesome experience.
A very comfortable and pet friendly hotel. Beautiful views over Florence and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Clean cosy rooms and, rather delightfully, a bidet and full size bath. Located a moments walk from your dreams of the most beautiful city in the world.
The location is perfect for walking around the city. You cross the street and are immediately on the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We had a large balcony which we really enjoyed using every evening.

Could not be more accommodating, comfortable and pleasant. From the moment I called for reservations, to the requests for directions to local services while I was there, I could not ask for more personal and cordial service Beautiful locale. All needs close by and great restaurant with chef who knows his stuff. Waitstaff very accommodating and engaging no matter what my needs they were there. Couldn’t gush enough.
