We visited El Puerto de Santa María on Monday October 5 and went to the office in front of Castillo San Marcos. The office was open but no one came out to inform us. We understand that with the precautionary measures for the Covid, the attention can be keeping the distance as in other offices that we have found in other parts of the province, but here ... nobody, a QR sign and there You. A very welcoming welcome did not turn out, no.
Whenever I have come to this Office I have received a very pleasant treatment, as well as giving me extensive information about visits, restaurants, schedules, transportation, etc.
The schedule is wrong in Google since it puts hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I have arrived at 4:00 p.m. and it says on the door that the schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. 19:00, that they put it well because we will have to wait 1 hour, which I find embarrassing.
