If you are a hard-worker, this company is not for you. If you could summarize Primco Dene in one short list it would be: nepotism, favoritism, unprofessionalism, sick-leaves, no-shows, hangovers, and smoke-breaks. Hard work does not get you promoted in this company, but nepotism does. A large number of their staff never show up, or leave midway through their shift usually the day before pay-day. The company apparently charges a “$500 no-show fee”, but if that were true, most of their staff would be swimming in debt and working for free. They are “supposed” to fire staff after three “no-shows”, but if they did that, then they wouldn’t have enough employees for their operations. Primco Dene is a company where the rules don’t apply to you if you are native, or related to Chief and Council.
I stayed at a camp catered by Primco Dene for 6 months. I found one of their staff watching TV and eating MY Pringles in MY room during THEIR work hours. My room wasn't even cleaned by the end of the day! I brought my concern to the camp manager, and she were extremely rude and unhelpful. I've never seen so many lazy and entitled people employed by one company.
I love this company because they let me hire all my friends, and even though I had a schedule, I could show up whenever I wanted to.
