If you are looking for an honest contract, avoid at all costs. We paid our monthly rent upfront, and the agreement differed from the offer. They started charging "restoration fees" (no justification or further explanation), "late payment fees" (first month has been paid in advance before entering the place), "coffee" (not informed of the costs when we asked if we could use the coffee machine, but charged afterwards a fortune).
The office is clean and bright, but that will never justify disrespecting people up to that point.
This matter has been brought to attention of the Consumer rights authority in Dubai.

Please careful while taking their services, they are only interested in your money, after that you have to follow them for their services....
Had a very bad experience with them, its been 50 days now one is responding to our calls/emails.
All their commitments are fake, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Very nice centre, close to the metro. Team is very helpful
Regus staff in TECOM is very friendly and helpful. The office is well located.
