They have nice desks. The wifi is decent too and the place looks very cool. Downsides: somehow there was no tea, had to bring my own?? Also, it could use more quiet places where you can have a phone call while not bothering other people.
We have been tenants from the very beginning and are very happy to be part of this community. Landlords and tenants are all open and approachable. It is a coexistence as one can wish for.
Great office space and nice team!
It seems to me that there is no need to bother here. The booked room unheated when we arrived, WiFi password must be requested, coffee must be paid extra. Nice contact and very central. With a little more attention to detail (and the customer) it would be a great store.
Advantages: Flexible pricing models (eg for occasional use) and good workplace equipment (bar tables).
Disadvantages: everything is very minimalist decor, cleaning is quite rare and the kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired (who misses his kitchen, will find it here ;-)). The two ladies who are responsible for the "reception" are rarely there and feel otherwise responsible for nothing. The food supply in the house is a disaster and in the area the options are very clear.
In the end, for me the disadvantages outweigh very clearly. Too bad you could have made more out of the location.
