The internet hasn't worked here for two days, so get used to using your phone as a hotspot.
Nobody is ever at the front desk (it's been empty since March), and if you go downstairs to complain they don't do anything - they actually act surprised. They haven't fixed the internet for the tenants, because theirs is still working.
Same thing when you tell them that the scanner hasn't worked for TEN DAYS, even when they KNOW the scanner has been broken for over a week because we're all going down there to have them scan stuff for us.
If you need stuff mailed to you, get it mailed to your house. It typically takes 10-14 days to get your mail here after FedEx or USPS delivers it to the front office.
The place is frigid cold. All of the remaining tenants use space heaters - I say "remaining" to point out that the place is nearly empty, because most of the tenants have left.
...On the off chance you're one who likes the beer and wine taps at CoWorking spaces, you may be disappointed - the taps are closed at Craft. For covid or something? They're open at the other coworking spaces, so I imagine this is more about cutting costs.
So yeah, this place has a great location and could be really great, but my guess is that the owners don't even know how badly it is being managed. Sadly, there is no way to reach them - or anyone besides the girls at the front desk working 15 hours a week...
I have been with Craft since they opened. I work at The River Yoga downstairs and love to collaborate with their management team on workshops and events. Furthermore the spaces is amazing. It has plenty of conference rooms, individual meetings rooms and is designed to fit the Five Points neighborhood with so much character. The community is kind and considerate. I love working here everyday!.
I love the cozy spaces peppered throughout Craft for escaping from my team to power through tough tasks. And the larger communal spaces are great for taking casual meetings. We never have a problem booking a conference room when we need one. Service is always great and of course, we love having cider on tap!
Craft is awesome. Great mix of open space and private offices, so you can choose between working somewhere quiet or somewhere more lively. Plus Myndi, the Community Manager, rocks Thursday happy hours with a new specialty cocktail each week .
Our company has been here for just about a month and we really enjoy the space. It has lots of different seating areas for work, calls, and meetings.
The decor is very fun and modern and who doesn't love Beer and Wine on tap?
