I was perfectly supported for this first real estate purchase.
The availability of my agent allowed me to live a pleasant experience.
We cannot say that the follow-up is deplorable because there is NO follow-up.
The person dedicated to the rental does not respond to emails or even to contact requests, whether via the site, by phone or even by moving. It’s still amazing.
Payment for a parking space but no one knows how to give the parking space number. (Which is in addition to the rent but optional compulsory)
Tariff file not up to date therefore tariffs which change upwards when the lease is signed. (The intern's fault)
You have to relaunch a good ten times for the cellars also which are included in the lease but do not exist, but also to repair the vmc which has never worked (still pending)
None of the emails sent receive any response.
This is DEPLORABLE as a follow-up.
