I have a private office here that I adore! I particularly like the natural atmosphere and try to keep my office minimal. This office gives me the flexibility to modify the space as needed while knowing I consistently have an option for working out of the house.
Boring (yet relevant :D) benefits: ample parking, guest parking, respectful co-workers, awesome staff, on-site printing and scanning, reservable meeting rooms, and community kitchen area.
The only thing the office needs is more furry friends and fewer cardboard cutouts. ;)
I definitely recommend this space. At its simplest, it's bright and clean. More than that, though, it's a productive and bustling environment for the modern company.
This place is a lifesaver! When our internet unexpectedly went down at our home office, John came to our rescue with this perfect solution! We were able to use the conference center for a private coaching call we would have had to cancel otherwise. Allie even let us stay after hours to make sure our zoom call recording uploaded. Great Experience!
Clearwater beach in Tampa bay is one of the most Amazing beaches in Tampa Bay area, especially if you are visiting here as a tourist. It is ranked among the Top 5 beaches in US by TripAdvisor year after year. Unique Selling Point for this beach are many - lots of showers - every 100 feet, ample public parking near the shallow beaches, amazing clear water, beach chair vendors, many restaurants, excellent hotels like Hyatt and Hilton right on the beach, numerous watering holes for catching an evening sunset, street performers, ice cream shops, bicycles rentals and many more. For local - it has a nice walk way along the beach and do some people watching. (There are other beaches in the vicinity - Indian Shore beach (8-10miles south) that are frequented by locals as well.
Also this beach hosts the Sugar Sands festival (sand sculptures), street paintings near the boardwalk.
Fantastic coworking space for new businesses, entrepreneurs and those only needing temporary space to grow. Facility has multiple environments including shared desk space, dedicated desks and offices, as well as great classrooms, conference facilities and meeting rooms. They even have a dedicated podcast room, and a large seminar facility. The staff is extremely helpful, and it gets a solid 5 stars for free coffee and snacks !
RTIC is clean, spacious, and accommodating. It's has several amenities to support it's business owners. They make efforts to be inclusive and serve our diverse community. RTIC has been gracious in their support of Action Zone and our mission to serve the veteran and milspouse entrepreneurs of Tampa Bay by providing classroom space when needed and free co-working every Monday to veteran and military family entrepreneurs.
I've been a virtual member at CWT since 2017. The office space provided has always been great but I've watched the CWT continue to make additional improvements over the years. While I'm a virtual member, I have never felt like a second-class citizen. If I have any questions or need any assistance the team at CWT is very responsive. I believe I'm getting great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend CWT especially to young start-ups in the Tampa Bay area that want to be close to the Downtown TB business ecosystem but aren't looking to pay downtown prices. CoWork Tampa is a great place to be!
Definitely my favorite place in Saint Pete. The atmosphere there is cozy and neat, kratom is potent and delicious, tastes like mother Earth tho so be ready to just sip it up. People who work there are fantastic and lovely and will always provide you with the best service. I recommend it to literally everyone, just go there and throw money at a bartender, that's how awesome this place is :^)

I cannot express the depth of gratitude for the team that performed my breast biopsy yesterday. I arrived terribly anxious to find a warmed gown and kind faces. My nurse, Brenda, held my hand and stayed at my side the entire time. She not only explained step by step what was happening but calmed my fears. Dr. Portillo met with me first to answer any questions and was amazing during my procedure. Skilled and professional, he ensured I had the best experience possible. Wendy, the technician was wonderful. I am beyond grateful to this team at the Susan Cheek Needler Breast Center. Thank you again!!
Set and Setting- Located right in the heart of a district known for both business and creativity this coffee shop caters to both. As far as space crafting goes this place has it down. The size and spacing of the work tables is perfect for anything from a meeting to sitting down with a book. You can choose from a private room, large and small community tables (indoor and out), quiet desks or couches with coffee tables. Should also mention the design and decor of all of these nooks are pleasing and modern.
The Food and Drink- They have a unique and well curated selection of local teas and pastries as well as delicious coffee. It's all presented well.
The Service - always pleasant, always helpful, knowledgeable, presentable.
The only two bits of criticism I have for this business is that it is still using plastic cups even for drinks being drank in house. Disappointed a modern and forward thinking place like this hasn't replaced more of their SINGLE USE items. Also have to point out that they don't have an option to recycle.
Secondly they keep the place so cold I've had to remember to pack a sweatshirt and usually have to leave before I'd like to to warm up my feet. Easy fixes though! I'll continue to bring my own cup, socks and sweater for now to enjoy everything Station House has to offer!
The stay started out well. The rooms seemed sanitized and the safe distancing seem to be the mantra but the hotel was packed to capacity and many guest didn’t seem to observe wearing a mask in public spaces. On check out day, it became irritating to know the front desk deactivated our keys for the elevators and parking gate BEFORE 11am! This did not happen last time we stayed at this Marriott property. Another couple that came with us tells us a staff member was at their hotel room door knocking at 8am asking about when they were “checking out”. This is uncomfortable, inconvenient and unacceptable! We learned our key was deactivated on the elevator trying to take our belongings to the car. We had to find a staff member to activate the elevator to take us to parking level. THEN we could not get back in the door to get the rest of our belongings out of the room! This did not make us or other guest feel warm, welcomed or appreciated. In all the years of staying on Marriott properties foreign and domestic have we ever experience keys deactivated before checkout. Although this particular hotel is beautiful and centrally located, we will stay at another property. Experiencing this type of service twice is more than one should endure. By the way, parking is $27. a night whether valet or self-park. The desk quotes one price, signs and valet quotes another.
Wow. I was just visiting their the other day with two of my girl friends, and this place is beautiful, but most importantly they have the nicest front desk girl ever. She made the whole experience really quite wonderful! I will definitely be adding this co-working location to my circuit.
I worked remotely, Monday through Friday, at Office Works while I was nomading in the area. The owner (Julie) and office Manager (Kayla) were always super responsive to my needs and always welcoming. They informed the members if they weren't going to be out of the office, even temporarily (and how to reach them if you needed them) or if there were any updates to the space. I always felt well informed and valued.
The first month I was able to use a designated desk and hop into the phone booth for meetings. The phone booths were easy to use and booking the conference room was a breeze using the app.
In my second month, I started renting an office due to the number of meetings I was starting to have. Having a locked office and a space to quickly hop on or off meetings was just what I needed as my business grew.
All the other members were friendly and respectful.
I've worked out of seven coworking spaces and OfficeWerks is my favorite.
I also fell in love with the Safety Harbor area. OfficeWerks is on the main strip. :)
If you're looking to get high quality work done, then I'd recommend exploring OfficeWerks to do just that.

Great coworking space, been here a few months. They do an excellent job on the little things (power outlets, work spaces, keeping the place relatively quiet, cleanliness, etc.). People are considerate when they are on the phone and don't talk too loud or they try to go into a different room. Lisa does a great job handling everything!
I used to have a membership at the Station house in St. Pete but that was more like a coffee shop than a place you could be really productive.
Our real estate company has been a tenant in the building for many years. We love it here! The staff is very professional and responsive in meeting our needs. The building is very well maintained and it's a pleasure to have our clients meet us here. We enjoy the added benefit of being able to reserve conference rooms as needed. Great location. Highly Recommend!!
My daughters laptop pushed a windows 10 update which made her entire system go on a fritz..after laptop sat at u break i fix for almost 5 days and zero updates from staff, we decided to pick it up and seek help elsewhere. Office depot was highly recommended by the staff at batteries and bulbs who had worked on a prior cell phone issue we had. Considering my daughter is taking all of her classes online we really needed this fixed asap.
Rebecca at office depot not only fixed the problem within 30 minutes but was also multi-tasking at the same time...thank you Rebecca and awesome service office depot!
