After ringing all the other storage company's I rang u guys n Steve.(I'm sure it was Steve lol) was amazing! Great no fuss service .even a cold bottle of water .it was so hot..some free box's too!!! Highly recommended to ally friends n whanau!!
Stored some furniture and general household items for a couple of weeks, and was incredibly impressed with the service offered by the team. Nothing was too much trouble, and everybody that I spoke to bent over backwards to help me and to check if I needed different size unit before the rental started, or if I needed to change my booking for any reason. Whatever I needed, wasn't going to be a problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, and if I ever need storage again then I know exactly where I'll be going.
Special shout out to Wendy and Rami, who were both just so willing and eager to make the whole process as simple as possible, gave excellent customer service, and were just both absolutely delightful to deal with.
Kept some furniture here while in between flats. It was easy to organize, the staff were helpful and offered fair prices. No problems whatsoever :)
I stored some things over summer and used the trailer hire. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and organized. I will definitely come back here if I need to store stuff again!
