A nightmare situation! The only positive review appears to be written by the manager TARA HALE and other REgus staff. Is this even legal? with management that untrained and assumes tenants will leave and they must bill every charge possible There are hundreds of coplaints online. . Your clients will have a negative impression the minute the walk in and meet the front desk staff-. The have not training or experience and lack basic communication skills The cannot spell or announce your clients and are dressed inappropriately. Do not be misled by the promise and IT and phone services. I waited 18 days for "India" to provide a VLAN. The situation will not improve, because they expect tenants to leave. company does not have an accounting infrastructure in place, and illegally commingle the substantial security deposits wthey require. They often lost my $2,400 security department and forced us to reconcile their bills that have random amounts an no running balance.. TARA HALE is not anot a tenant. She is a manager , and should be ashamed to be positing a deliberately misleading five star review.
