Had a good stay here in December 2020. Shower was hot. TV had enough channels in English. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was served to the room because there were so few guests, and they accommodated us as vegetarians with fruit, toast, salad and coffee, which was very nice.
Definitely more of a modern take to a night market. There's modern stalls set up and a wide cafeteria type area with lots of fusion type foods. There's also lots of 'hipster' type local shops in the area that are worth exploring! There are really cool handmade items and other little souvenirs that are more unique.

It's very clean, quiet and I feel safe. The staffs are really nice and friendly. I also love the decoration. I got a very new room and well-decorated. Feel like home indeed.
Although it doesn't provide much foods, it does not matter for me. I can order via Grab. Very convenient.
No 7-11 nearby, but it's OK. They have a small co-working space in front of the hostel. You can look and see if they have what you want or not or just use Grab to buy from a supermarket or just walk around if you have free time to wander.
Very worthwhile. Highly recommended.
Best co-working space and service office in chiangmai, a bit out of cbd but in a good relax local location with nice coffee shop and near by Mcdonald, super friendly staff in a resort feeling decorated with Waterfall
Love the vibe here. Got an iced butter coffee with cream and it's amazing. Great space for working and creative thought. Would think the Wi-Fi would be a bit faster for co-working but it's good enough for me. Recommend muchly
Worked out of here for 5 weeks in Aug/Sep 2019. One of the best coworking spaces I’ve been to anywhere in the world. By that I mean if you want to get your head down and work with no interruptions this is the place for you. It was quiet at this time of year so if you’re looking for more of a community/people to shoot the breeze with I’d head to another place in Chiang Mai.
Spent the afternoon here taking advantage of their intro offer, 25 Baht for any item on menu.
Chilled vibe, relaxing background music, Great Coffee, they make their iced coffees with fresh coffee not instant like so many places.
WiFi fast and reliable.
A little out of the city but walking distance or the red taxis stop right outside, well worth the stroll.
