Nice hotel in downtown.
Location is good, convenient and not far from the airport. I was impressed at U Chiang Mai. I have got bad experience at U Pattaya, but here is totally different !! Staff is nice, provided and explained much detail on room/hotel facilities. There are many of choices for you to choose favorite pillow, tea, and soap. Pool, Spa, and fitness are available, bicycle is provided with free of charge. One can of alcohol or non-alcohol is complimentary for each person, and you can ask for unlimited bottles of still water. Breakfast is included in the campaign of wherever & whenever which you can ask to serve the breakfast anytime in a day and wherever you want. But if you go to have breakfast at Eat&Drink restaurant during breakfast time, both of small buffet lines and order by menu are provided for more choices. But I think the taste is just average, it's quite too sweet, and some dish in buffet is out of order, I followed up staff many times to refill it.
Unfortunately, there is no car parking in hotel area, it's only street parking, so it's better to call hotel in advance to ask for finding some space for you. For Spa, I have experienced, it's good massage and service. Recommended !!

I had a really wonderful experience in this hotel. The rooms had so much natural lights, clean, and lovely balconies. Lots of trees as well, and the entire property has beautiful landscaping. The staff is so friendly and helpful; and the location is so convenient. I will surely stay here again. Strongly recommended.
Staff is polite. Room is clean and comfy. Great location to explore temples and old town.
Convenient location right on the Sunday night market.
The hotel ground is showing its age and the in room furniture is awkwardly placed.
Not quite into the the cool lightbulbs in the bathroom and is quite dark.
