Superb service from JP and his team. Communication was timely, comprehensive and really helpful to ensure we were well informed at all times and got the most out of our stay. A fantastic, friendly and responsive service from JP, Nathalie and Conciergerie. From months before with advice on ski hire and lift passes to ensuring a mature handover on arrival. It was a brilliant apartment for us, which was very clean, spacious, well located and very well equipped. Absolutely no problems encountered which all helped to ensure a great holiday. Many thanks.
We have visited Samoens a few times over the years, and we've used Conciergerie du Grand Massif for the last two years. We cannot thank JP and his colleagues enough for the fantastic hospitality, welcome, attention to detail and support before and during our stay. It is hugely reassuring to have both the luxury and flexibility of our own accommodation whilst we are on holiday, but with the reassurance that the chalet has all been taken care of and our holiday can run smoothly.
