Worse Agency I have ever come across. Prepare to wait a very long time to get seen on change over day. Do not expect a courteous service and if you want something the owner doesn't want you to have good luck ! I was threatened with eviction within hours of arriving and shouted at because the owner had double booked. The owner of the agency appears to be French when you arrive, then goes into a Scottish accent when angry.... I do hope other people have a better experience, because the place and people are lovely and I would highly recommend the region for Skiing and walking in the summer.
Stayed for a long weekend in February. The Chalet was fantastic and exactly as described. Easy to book and pick up keys. Really good skiing despite the very warm weather! Had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Agence Cruz did not double book this client, in fact Mme Cruz was involved only to try and help find a resolution. The agency was not at fault and the comments about her and the Agency are unfair and taken out of context. She isn't able to put her side of the altercation which is quite a different story! We have used Agence Cruz for 10 years and we would thoroughly recommend them. Mme Cruz has put herself out to resolve minor issues outside her remit (e.g. with the TV or internet), and she has come down to the chalet 'out of hours' to make sure clients have everything they need. She treats her regular clients like family members. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Attracted by the size of the chalets and the attractive prices, we rented a chalet for 8 from Agence Cruz.
Once the keys are collected, we discover a chalet with a lot of damaged furniture, a very very rough cleaning, with in particular common areas with a foul smell and a dirty shower. In addition, the sound insulation of the chalet is completely nonexistent.
In conclusion, a chalet of poor quality and a little dirty but acceptable given the price asked.
