Very nice small hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and Claudia welcomed us very friendly. She gave us many advice e.g. free parking spots and made restaurant suggestions. They even offered us to shower after a boat trip even though we didn't have a room anymore because we were about to head to the airport. Our room was big, had a view from the balcony and was very clean. Very convenient location of the hotel at the harbor. 5min walk to get anywhere in town which is a very cute one with lots of great dining options.
We were there in September. Very nice hotel and staff. Very good location near the port. Good restaurants not far from the hotel. So we strongly recommend.
Very good location, very good breakfast, affordable prices and excellent service. People are nice, kind and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel and would chose it if I come back to Castellammare del Golfo.
The hotels is great , breakfast is great but the front desk is outstanding.
