Location is just perfect. Friendly staff.
We had a reservation for June 29. Needless to say we Cannot go due to covid. They will not refund our 5600 deposit. They said we can have a credit..... how can we know we can plan another trip. This is so very upsetting to us and we have stayed here before...
Stayed here in May with my husband and we were blown away! The room, the location, the service, the food all wow! The breakfast in the morning is a buffet, but the servers even come help you take your dishes from the buffet to your table! The room we had was over looking the Faraglioni and it was stunning! They really make it more than just a place to stay,the hotel is an experience in itself!
I would truly recommend staying here for an experience like no other!
It's closed in the winter but the terrace give you the best place to get a view over the Faraglioni's Capri! Than when's open spend a days here! Unique by the top of Marina Piccola!
