When you go to an Ibis you expect an ibis standard.
The staff had no idea about hospitality or standard. They blame everything on the COVID-19, where the actual issue was only communication.
Upon arrival they told us there is no breakfast.
We were not informed that the room will NOT be cleaned FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. We were informed that we could keep our luggage in the hotel upon departure and it was not the case. When we checked-out the front desk literally said it's not their problem, and we were forced to walk around the city with our luggage, and because of the inconvenience we changed our train ticket.
Bottom line, learn some hospitality and to managed guest expectations.
The hotel is perfect located and well cleaned.. The employees are very kind and friendly..Had only one issue with parking reservation was an alternative founded..just make sure to contact the reception when you are making your reservation to make sure that you have a parking place.
in midnight so at 03:35 stink in my room so strongly to mariohana it came directly from air conditioning, today mariohana can be some poison gaz tomorrow. I called reception but He didn’t do nothing, just for info
Fab little Ibis right in the heart of everything and close to the beach. Excellent and friendly staff.
Very clean room and bathroom and sheets and towels were crisp clean and much needed AC worked perfectly. Great value for money and good location between rue d'antibes and the train station. Staff were helpful and friendly.
