Let me just say this place is perfect! I came here during Christmas time and I see no Christmas decorations at all. No tackiness and only stylish moments with lots of unique events to keep you entertained during the day. Not so many kids either. Good for young people looking for a party vibe in style. Location is also perfect and the rooms are amazing.
Absolutely shocking service. Holiday cancelled months ago and still refusing to give my refund. Over £1K owed. DO NOT STAY HERE - any issues and they are a nightmare to deal with - not the service you would expect based on what you pay to stay here - Have been a loyal customer and this is how we have been treated. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Love this hotel. Stayed twice. The staff are beyond amazing, the hotel is beautiful with fantastic amenities. Even the entrance is beautiful looking up at the arched long drive way riding in and out. The food is just so good and loving the sunsets from The Woobar. We stayed in a villa with pool and it was perfect, spacious and very private.
Perfect hotel for adult couple. Strong current beach and outdoor pool are great, crowded with many visitors and hotel guests. The villa i stayed is nice, equipped with Bose audio system. The one that disappointing is the central air conditioning produces discomfort sound during my sleep. Overall the hotel is recommended.
Attended the brunch. Food served in an assisted buffet style in the new virus management format but food quality is overtly prepared some time earlier. For same money there are far superior Sunday brunch options including Alila Seminyak and St Regis which is by far the best.
