Exactly as we thought it would be! Beautiful spot tucked away in a quiet village and a side street with a lot of attention to aesthetic details! The staff is exceptional and the food courtesy Bean Me Up is on point! Would definitely revisit and highly recommend to anyone looking to find a quiet yet easily accessible spot in Goa.
Only constructive feedback: our prior reservation came with breakfast which changed when the cafe took over the kitchen, would have liked to be notified.
Frogs frogs n frogs everywhere was what my experience shouts!! This place though very peaceful and serene requires urgent pest control and hygine control. Washrooms are never cleaned and even the potpouri burners were not refilled. No mirror in the room and the door z also broken and nobody is bothered to fix it. I was scared and petrified to use the loo as every time I made an attempt I was greeted with frogs or toads from the inside the toilet pot. Worst part - the hostile behaviour of the host will irritate you to core and will make you repent your decision of choosing this place over other properties in Goa which offers the same kind of experience. Last but not the least be careful about mosquitoes, leaches,spiders,house lizards and other creepy crawlies which are not very friendly for your skin. I personally being a pet lover and having two fur friends in my house don't appreciate the fact that dogs are kept in the kitchen (the same kitchen which is used by the cafe). Even the cat enters the kitchen and all the food ingredients and utensils are just left open. The not so friendly dogs will bark at you as if you were a thief to the property.(I can distinguish between a friendly call n a chasing call). The staffs were friendly and tried to cover as much as they could. I wonder what would be the condition of the place during monsoon season!!
Beautiful place in an amazing location. Went there for morning yoga classes, location couldn't have been better. Yoga classes were mind blowing and the option to eat breakfast helped a lot before I became hangry.
Had a glimpse at the rooms, seemed airy and spacious.
Would definitely recommend.

My team planned an outing to Goa and we wanted a place with great connectivity and closer to my place. This place is awesome. Done up very nicely. The connectivity was also up to the mark.
The place was booked for the full day and per the request from the owner the food had to be pre-booked on the previous day. Like how it TYPICALLY happens in India, a colleague last minute made plans to join in. On the day of the booking, I like a TYPICAL INDIAN went up to the host (the owner of the co-work) just on arrival and requested to accommodate the friend.
The Indian host with a fake smiling face rather rudely reminded me of being a TYPICAL INDIAN and doing last minute changes. Agreed! I am a TYPICAL INDIAN but people in hospitality industry should understand and accommodate such changes and not taunt the customer. It would have been better if she would have just said NO rather that putting up a FAKE SMILE and reminding me of being a TYPICAL INDIAN.
NOT ACCEPTABLE!
We ordered for Thalis. The food served was ok. But when we asked for a second serving there was hardly anything much left. The host told us that she would prepare the vegetable if it's over. Haha! Now that was funny considering the amount of time it takes to prepare vegetable from scratch.
The manager of the property was friendly, polite and decent. She compensated for the owner. The maid who prepared the food was very sweet as well. Even the dogs were friendly. Though keeping them in the kitchen while the food was getting cooked is something which I don't consider hygienic.
Overall the place is good but the experience was disappointing.
Bit of a second home for me when coming to work and meet friends in Goa. Perfect quiet location in one of the best villages in North Goa and easy to get to Panjim, Mapusa, Assagao, Anjuna etc. Spacious and very clean and really nice, simple food prepared by kind and sincere staff.
