A place to rent and study with your friends or even have teaching course sessions in there. The place is in an apartment building so you might doubt it for a bit, but it is safe. It also has a bathroom and a kitchen.

The place is so accessible, clean, the chairs are so comfortable to sit for a long time, it is also very affordable and the most thing that grabbed my attention is how nice the staff is. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to study, watch a movie or just have a chill time.
Very helpful in small meetings and gathering with friends, there was a board and a screen to use freely, holds up to 15-20 people per room, you can also order drinks while you are there.
Nice place and suitable for many purposes as it has variations in places like a silent area which is best place to study and balcony and indoor spaces so it's very nice but it became expensive compared to other similar places
