Couldn't even check in. The Manager Katherine was very rude and not helpful.
I don't understand why they say there's a system error saying their rooms are full but my booking confirmation is confirmed and I had to go book for the hotel next door instead.
Very disappointing! Thought of bringing my future crew here but sadly, RC Budapest specifically, you really have let hotel industry service down.
I even booked an executive suite and I was shown no respect. I felt discriminated just because I'm the only Asian checking in? I flew in for business reasons and wanted to stay in your hotel.
I can't believe you even send me an email my booking confirmation is confirmed and made me come all the way to your hotel expecting a 5 star service.
Super disappointed. Policy or system error, that is not an excuse. I won't even dare to recommend the King of UAE to stay here.

We stayed here 26th December - 29th December. Excellent service and attention to detail, perhaps more so because we stayed in a suite. A very central location, allowing us to experience much of Budapest by foot.
Second time, I booked a spa treatment with them and again when I wanted to reconfirm the date, they told me off with the same story “when we booked the treatment for you, simultaneously a other guest took the appointment”
Why they can not phone immediately if there is a problem with the appointment? However to use the same excuse a second time is “bull shitting”
So no Ritz Carlton and no Ritz Carlton Budapest Spa anymore for me.
Budapest has been on the bucketlist for a long time. We were able to stay at the Ritz Carlton and I couldn't have been happier with the excellent service. The staff went out of their way and went the extra mile to please us.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing as well.
The room was located on their top-level overlooking the Ferris wheel and beautiful architecture. It was very spacious! We were treated like queens!
I would love to stay here again, and again.... AND AGAIN!
