Our son broke his ankle the nurses were awesome they took care of him right away. We didn't have insurance and they really worked with us to help us pay them back. The person who worked with us to set up a payment plan were really nice and helpful if my kid breaks another bone will definitely come back to cox.
Went here after a car accident while 15 weeks pregnant. I had to wait multiple hours for an ultrasound to check on my baby only to have an extremely rude ultrasound tech that made me cry. Not the type of person I want after going through something traumatic. Waited multiple hours to have someone check me out before even telling me how my baby was. The tech and doctors also missed the partial placenta abruption that my OBGYN’s office found a week later. The only decent thing about the experience was I had a really nice nurse in the ER who helped keep me relatively calm.
I would have zero stars if possible. I have dealt with this hospital on many accounts being a mother of six kids. However, nine times out of ten they are more worried about making a unessarry report to dfs instead of worrying and taking care of their patient. Several times left with a report being made with no care done and getting second opinions is recommended because I turned around and took them to their doctor asap and treatments was actually needed. They should be the ones being reported. They are also the same hospital that caused a friend of mine to lose her toes because they thought she was trying to just get pain meds.
Cox personnel made my recent stay as pleasant as it could be!!! Kudos to all 4th floor employees and Hector Alvarez, ER nurse. They were fantastic on all fronts, just the kitchen could use help. Sharon Wylie
Lightning fast service. Cox north is the best. I just wish leadership would put more resources and energy into north and stop focusing on South only
