Geek was a great place to start my company. The place has exactly what I need with no frills and no large corporate incubator no rules and regs. The workspace is silent during working hours whether in the cube farm or in one of the offices. Plus, Phil, Michael, and Juan are great to work with.
Was exactly what I needed! The space is simple, but well set up, and was exactly what I was looking for: quiet office to do a few conference calls and get some work done while traveling. The staff was great and got me set up in just a couple minutes, so I was able to make an early morning conference call.
I'm writing this as my company is growing and moving into a dedicated space of our own. The Geek Offices has been a friendly and affordable place to house our office for the 1st 4 years we've been in operation. Management has been incredibly accommodating with our needs which ended up including multiple private locking offices with their own network between them, and investigating changing the electrical to address some higher powered hardware needs that we had. As far as co-working spaces go, it's not the sort of hip singles vibe that places like wework seem to go for: it's a professional office, basic amenities, suitable for people looking to get work done. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a desk or small office to get your company started or out of your living room. Also, Inman square is great, lots of good food options.
As one of the first companies in Geek Offices I can't recommend it highly enough. It is a great environment and exactly what my company needed. John (who runs it) is absolutely awesome and completely accommodating. He has done many things specifically on my request and I have nothing but great things to say. If you have any interest at all pick up your phone and give him a call. After talking to him for a minute you will understand why this place is right for you and your company.
I joined GeekOffices about a year ago and have really loved it! It's affordable, flexible and made to be convenient for the users. It's a good group of people and much better than my previous office sharing experiences.
