We have had an excellent experience at Regus Independence Wharf. It's extremely turnkey -- no need to worry about buying office furnishings, filling the copier with paper, answering the phones, going to FedEx, buying coffee supplies, tidying up the conference room, etc. -- it's all taken care of for you. Nicole (who runs the location) is fantastic. She is very "can do" and always pleasant and willing to help / find solutions. Similarly Sarah is very good-natured and quick to respond to billing questions or other inquiries. We have been very pleased with our Regus arrangements.
I have been a Regus costumer for about 3+ years now and the Boston Atlantic Regus does not fall behind when it comes to exceptional service. The office manager Nicole Ford and her staff have been more than welcoming and accommodating since our start here 6 months ago. Nicole has always been ready and willing to answer any questions I have and fulfill any request my business or employees need. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience and look forward to continue working at this location.
Wonderful staff. Always very friendly and receptive to client's needs. Offices are always very neat and clean. Of all of the Regus locations I have used, this is by far my favorite. Conveniently located to train station and parking makes meeting clients very practical.
We absolutely love Regus and this location is perfect! Right on the water and just a short walk from South Station and fantastic restaurants. The staff at this Regus are wonderful and always go above and beyond!
I have been using the Regus Center at Independence Wharf as my office location for the past five years. It is convenient, cost effective,, and well managed. The staff has always treated my clients in a professional manner which reflects well upon me. I want to specifically mention Nicole Ford, who is the face of the Center. She is a gem!
