Good place to work and meet. Aircon not functional in April and early May, so come in a T-shirt or polo.
I absolutely do not recommend this office center. They don't know how to do their job. Rude and inexperienced staff. Bad and expensive.

We have been their customers for more than a year. They have always been rude to our customers. The staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Experience to forget. Today we use other office centers and we are able to assess the difference. Our customers ran away because of their rudeness, it did not do anything to even talk to the manager or the manager of reference, they cover each other. After the experience of the Regus office centers in Bologna viale Angelo Masini and Regus via Lepetit 8 Milan, I can say that Regus in Italy is very bad, too bad because it is an important company in other countries but in these locations their behavior with customers is shameful and damages activities. Staff attentive, knowledgeable and fast.
The property is well positioned with respect to the FS station within walking distance and to an underground parking in the case is reached with car. Also within walking distance also possibility to stay in hotel facilities. I suggest it without a shadow of a doubt. The offices, the space and the equipment used (monitors conference) are perfect.
