I loved!!! The attention is unique, they are attentive and too friendly, the rooms are amazing, very clean and comfortable. I recommend this place with your eyes closed.
I have stayed 3 times because I liked it a lot, the attention, the area, the comfort of the hotel. But in the third stay I could notice that everything they do is heard in the other rooms and for me it is something a bit uncomfortable, in addition to that the cleaning staff also spoke a little loud no matter that there were people in the rooms.
And if my name does not appear in your registry, it is because the last name that I have in my email is not the same that I have in my ID.
It's the only thing that bothered me, otherwise everything was fine.
The attention is excellent. Mrs. Ruth and Christian are very kind, super attentive and cordial. The hostel has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for those who need to move around the city center. Everything is very clean and organized. It includes breakfast and coffee is delicious. I recommend it without any doubt.
Excellent place to rest. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very special decoration. It has Wi-fi, terrace, study area with library and computers. Super well located. Close to all the historic area of Bogotá. Excellent cleaning It's like you get to your house. The people who work there are very attentive, cordial and respectful. Whenever I go to Bogotá, it will be my shelter site.
