Plain and simple - Mike has worked and lived in Big Bear the past 40 years. He knows it better than any other realtor can in my opinion. And he knows the market conditions. We felt he was able to get us a fair value for our sale. Highly recommend.
If you have ever been in Big Bear and always thought it would be a great place to have a vacation home, well I’m here to tell you, my family just spent the last 3 decades enjoying our home on the lake. My wife and I were looking for several months for the home we envisioned. We were later introduced to Mike Dolan, and after we spent some time with him explaining what we were looking for, he was able to find the perfect vacation home for us in less than a week. Fast forward 31 years to now, Mike is still a friend and he listed and sold our lake front property, once again, within a week. He also knew we wanted to sell to a family who would appreciate it for what it is, and not to a developer who wanted to tear it down. He came through, a lovely family with young kids are now proud owners of our home. Mike cares about your needs and goals, and has proven to be a skilled agent.
Mike was able to assist us with selling our home with our tight schedule. He listed and had it sold all within one week. He was attentive, professional and very knowledgeable of the area. He was quick to answer emails, text and phone calls. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Mike Dolan went above and beyond to help us sell our vacation home in Big Bear Lake. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and well respected in the Big Bear community. He has his pulse on every aspect of the community. I had to go through a major renovation of the project to get it sold and got every money of my rehab cost back and then some because of following Mr. Dolan's expertise. I can't stress enough that anyone looking to purchase or sell their home should seriously consider Mike as their representative. We had a multiple bid offer on our home which Mike guided us through. Lastly, the day the property closed I had learned that my father passed away and Mike took over everything for me and got the deal done to insure it closed. I will never forget that and you should consider that in your decision making process. My recommendation is to hire Mike Dolan because he gets the job done.
