Fast service.
The gentlemen of the agency were very kind and helpful since I booked at the last moment, we were staying at the horizon condominium. clean apartment, I noticed that in a week twice they went to clean the stairs and the elevator as well. Very quiet, I don't know if it depends on the position. The only negative point is that in my opinion some pots should be added. We had a great vacation
Too high the price for what they offer you. When I booked I was clear, 2 adults and 2 small girls, I needed at least one double with a single bed, they give me an apartment with a shower without a box, without a shower tray, it is impossible to wash the girls in those conditions, the single bed inside the double room he was locked inside a wardrobe that opened, the mattress practically on the floor and shabby. They are good at taking pictures so that you don't see all these details. Worst apartment I've been on vacation.
We had a 9 days stay in an accommodation near the beach and the center which we really liked. Accommodation was clean, beach chairs were included. Employees always helped us with questions and were very nice. Before booking and also during our stay. We are happy to book again through this agency.
The "villa" was a real horror. Never again!!! The walls were full of dead mosquitos. It was dirty, unhygienic, old and you didn't feel well at all. Sitting outside was impossible due to the mosquitos, no sooner did you open the door than they were inside and stabbed. The table outside was full of holes where the mosquitoes stayed, so it would be good if that was replaced. I come home with at least 50 stitches ... The mattress was hard and certainly a few years old. At first I didn't dare to sleep on it ... The shower had no shower curtain, so everything in the bathroom got wet and you had to make it clean and dry after the shower. So extra work. The faucet ran all the time because you couldn't turn it off. The furniture, kitchen and appliances are all out of date, so the apartment would need a new one and a complete renovation. There weren't even any wine glasses, even though we're in Bella Italia. : D But that's whining at the highest level. I was very dissatisfied with the stay and would not recommend it.
