We purchased a home that was being sold through Marvin. He is always available, personable, and helpful. His company is fantastic and he not only helped us in the buying process but provided lots of recommendations throughout, and contacts for upgrades we wanted to do in the house. We are very impressed with his professionalism and the one of his team and everyone else he recommended. We will be working with Unique Homes for any other real estate transaction, as a matter of fact, we are now working with Marvin to sell our previous home.
We recently purchased a property through Unique Homes Spain and they were fantastic from beginning to end. We were moving 3 hours up Spain so we were concerned about the purchase but Rafael kept us up to date every step of the way and everything ran very smoothly and all we had to do was turn up at the Notary at the date and time we were told and completed the purchase. Rafael hasnt left us after the purchase he has helped us with any queries we have had and also helped book appointments for our Padrons etc. All we can say is if you want to buy a property without any hidden costs or surprises and want to deal with very friendly and honest people then i can 100% recommend Unique Homes Spain. We love our property that Rafael found for us and wont be moving again but if we were we wouldnt use any other agent...... They are simply fantastic. Once we had decided on Valencia, there were decisions to make. Did we want to be in the city, or close to? Did we want a house, or did we want an apartment?
It was then we met Rafael of Unique Homes in Valencia. We discussed with him our priorities and with him viewed apartments and houses, both in the city and close to.
Rafael provided us with every assistance to help us make the decision we did and then guided us through all the steps to ensure our purchase was successful, which included introductions to both local lawyer and bank.
We enjoyed a truly first-class and professional service from Rafael and Unique Homes and working with them was a real pleasure.
