Big bussines Center. Good place to work.
KD4US is very comfortable and flexible co-working space in the center of Tbilisi, with all facilities and amazing views. Prices are affordable as well
Impressive building although a lot of it seems to be unfinished (waiting for more companies to take residence there presumably). The lifts in business centre side are unbelievably slow which has forced the building management to have a seated waiting area on the ground floor. View from 17th floor is great, was a problem in the restaurant so couldn't eat there, but had a lovely cappuccino!!
I expected much better and cool design place. Coffee is very poor, service not so good, and very simple entrance. The flooring between parking and the entrance to the building is very slippy, so during a rain you can have some problem to walk, inclusive some accident. I was disappointed.
It has very good work place and a Japanese food restaurant with fantastic sushi
