WOW! what an amazing hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast.
ONE BIG ISSUE: very lax on COVID rules. Hardly any guests were wearing any masks and staff did not enforce the rules.
Roomers on Baden Baden is a majestic hotel! I had an excellent stay amongst others due to the good service, very modern hotel, luxurious as well and super comfortable room and bed. It’s very quiet in the hotel room and the pillows, sheets and big bed itself gives you a very good rest.
Checkin procedure was unfortunately not so good because our room was not ready at 1500h but at 1700 , we arrived at 1300. Also in general I think some more staff is sometimes needed handle all the people. I am very positive about the rooftop and the service of the gentlemen there as well. Epic!
Great hotel, beautifully located.
Rooms where good size, bed comfortable, bathroom had a separate big shower.
Breakfast was also good, sufficient fresh fruits etc.
Nice staff, loved the spa and swimming pool on the roof.
Keep up this quality of service.
Interior design is awesome, great f&b outlets as well. The staff unfortunately is not very concerned and either too stiff or too snobby. Costs them the fifth star.
The hotel does not comply with the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness during the period of a pademia. A large group of people were swimming in the swimming pool and we were told at the raceception that only 3 people could swim at the same time. Cutlery placed directly on the tables, which are not always well disinfected. Not nice service at the reception (there were exceptions) once we were informed that breakfast was included and then a fee was charged. If you are looking for a high standard of standards of service is definitely not there.
