This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at -
It’s definitely not worth the money!
The bathroom wasn’t clean (hairs everywhere), nor did it work properly: the shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes, my toilet seat wasn’t installed properly, ...
The rooms themselves are far away from „design“ - the interior is not tasteful or in good condition at all.
Also it is very poorly equipped - most of the stuff is super old and barely working (telephones, speakers, ...) or just very cheap!
Room Service got denied „because 3 people already ordered room service and that’s the daily limit“ - not very responsible in times of Corona!
The staff is polite though.
I can’t say much about the Spa because it was always closed when I came back from work.
I also don’t know about the Food but they had little to no vegetarian/vegan options on the card in the room.
This hotel was so incredibly beautiful & extremely clean and comfortable. Great location too
So, so very disappointing. It promises a high end experience, but I've had better service in McDonalds: poor cocktails, small, missing ingredients, expensive and the ice arrived after the drinks were served, had to ask 3x for it and it took 20 minutes to pay the bill. Shocking, avoid at all costs
Perfect for your visit of Arles. Many things to visit in a 15 minutes walking distance. The hôtel is very agreeable with nice comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant. The personnel very friendly and helpful. Don't forget the spa where you can be pampered by professionals after your visit of Arles.
really really lovely staff, adorable people really. nice, clean, and prompt service. definitely geared towards Americans. good breakfast.
