Great rental car company with great service and friendly staff. No waiting time and very happy. Got upgraded cars which was even better. Would recommend this company to anyone over the competitors.
Staff was welcoming and helpful. No issues there. It would be ideal however that the car is delivered to the agency, whereas now the renter should pick it up from a nearby underground parking underneath Monoprix, like 5 minutes walking. If you care to improve your customer service, you should do that extra step.
Best service, I spend just a few minutes to take and return car. Staff is quite attentive and friendly.
