We had one malicious debtor using office services of Office Zurich AG. I believe there should be a dedicated contact at coworking space's operator to deal with such matters.

I have been a very satisfied Office Zurich customer for over three years. The atmosphere among the co-workers is very good and the atmosphere is calm and inspiring. Very good price / performance ratio.

Unfortunately, it is chaotic and incompetent. Defects (e.g. replacing printer toner, unstable and slow internet, missing company signage, damaged furniture, etc.) were only improved after a long and tough struggle, not implemented at all or could have been created at the expense of the tenant. Not easily accessible by public transportation. Only one customer parking space available for all tenants.
Conclusion:
An acceptable solution for the replacement of the private home office as long as you live nearby. Whoever makes professional demands and wants to appear like this is definitely wrong here. Then better stay away! Either way: if you want to try anyway, you should insist on a short notice period.
