I am not usually very critical, as long as there is a good bed and a good shower, but my stay was somewhat bumpy, despite the good disposition of the staff. Very cold room, inefficient and very noisy heater, room not cleaned from one day to the next, you could notice the shaking on the floor every time a train passed ... In the end they changed my room and gave me an extra blanket, at least I was not cold the second night.
It was meant to be the other hotel of the same chain. Incredibly, it was closed (while reservations were open!!!). Have you ever seen such a thing? Arriving at your booked destination after 5h drive and find the hotel closed? I was offered same conditions in this nice alternative, but location was not the desired one. Nothing to complain about, regarding the rest of the experience, but making available on booking sites a closed hotel must be at least false publicity.
Clean anda safe, peaceful and the suite very spacious. Very nice hotel to stay and rest before a long distance trip
Very well located hotel with well soundproofed rooms with very comfortable beds and heating that worked very well. Shower had plenty of hot water and bathroom was big by normal hotel standards
The only things that let it down was a cold reception area with a bar area that had not appeal or atmosphere.
Breakfast was good, but again the breakfast room needs modernisation.
Not recommended, mamagement has no understanding about the word CONVINIENT.
