Very friendly and helpful!
Price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right. Mattresses with urine stains, shower seal not in order, dryer does not work, cutlery is missing. Problems are unfortunately "passed on" to the owner, and ultimately you take care of them very slowly. Definitely never again Freienstein on Föhr. We are used to different service. Too bad.
We booked a wonderful accommodation through Freienstein. However, the telephone was not available. I had no calls on the phone for weeks, about 20 calls a day. Goofy, especially at corona time, could have saved me a lot of concerns in a 2 minute conversation ...
So far, good and tidy.
Bookkeeping on the ball and even with an overpayment. Respect! Answered faster than I noticed! I've already experienced something completely different.
Some agreed towels were missing in the cottage. It took a few tries to get the towels.
House was very clean and tidy. Good documentation in the property.

You can only reach the answering machine! You are forced to pick up the key of the property yourself - every small provider can do that better! Role model: Holiday lust on Borkum - here you work with codes and key boxes on the property - and not like a backward company on föhr called Frankenstein - just being expensive is not enough!
