I have had my law office in the Willard Office Space for more than ten years, first as a full office when I was the Washington office of a Philadelphia firm and then, when I left that firm, in a "virtual" office of my own. I have been very happy with both arrangements. The location is superb and the facilities are fine for their purposes. But best of all is the service provided by the Carr Workplaces staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been highly professional, courteous, responsible and friendly. They have always been responsive to my clients and others who call or visit me and cheerfully ready to help me with anything I need done. I think the fees Carr charges are reasonable, in particular for the "virtual" arrangement, especially since the District of Columbia is such a hot real estate market.
Khalifa and his staff are professionals. They took care of every need and were excellent to work with. We had two meetings this week and they went smoothly due to the support and flexibility of Carr's staff. I highly recommend this venue.
I have leased space from Carr Workplaces for years and have never had a negative experience. They have always proven accommodating, flexible, and reasonable. Their staff is friendly and professional, and has been able to assist with everything from greeting clients to assisting in our firm's document productions when necessary. I would highly recommend both leasing space from Carr, and relying on their staff for your office's administrative needs.
Hosted a small retreat at this venue, the staff and facility were amazing. I definitely plan to use this space for future events.
I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's also a very clean and bright space-- conducive to a productive work environment
