Third time staying here, first during a global pandemic. Had another amazing experience and have to give a big shout out to Patrick at the front desk, who was so helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate their commitment to safety and cleanliness during Covid-19. Everything here was top notch and exceeded expectations — will definitely be back in the future!
5 Stars. Stayed here Dec 12-18, 2020... COVID protocols in full force. Beyond expectations. The access to the beach is amazing, the beach is amazing, the beach crew that sets up your loungers is amazing. Resort fees well worth it considering whats included. Valet parking on point every single time they were needed. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner exceptional at every spot on the property. CLEAN, SAFE, UPSCALE, BEAUTIFUL. Do not hesitate to book your stay here.
Beautiful setting with a professional photographer who prints your best shot for the memories. Food is delicious and service staff are great. Can't recommend enough. My only company is having to climb a bunch of stairs after stuffing my gullet with tons of food.
Andaz Maui is a gorgeous hotel in one of the most beautiful locations on earth. Obscenely overpriced catering to those who have more money that good sense.
Of course, this is just a Resort - NOT a Concept, whatever that's suppose to mean. Honesty is a concept that's sometimes used in marketing materials for other hotels.
Beautiful hotel and location! Some service was great (valet, front desk) and some was a little surprisingly unavailable for a five star establishment (pool side chairs weren’t always cleaned, the casual lounge was slow). I believe this may be in part due to COVID— not sure. Regardless- super beautiful!
