My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel for our mortgage refinance. He was on top of everything from day one to closing. The process was smooth and seamless. We are especially happy with the extra work that Daniel did to ensure that all of our ducks were in a row for our subordination. Daniel Solis helped me close on my first home purchase using my VA loan after another lender told me I didn’t qualify. He and his team were very quick to find a solution and start the approval process for me. They were able to meet the original closing date I had set with the previous lender as well! Daniel was quick to answer all of my questions which made the process a lot smoother. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and I would highly recommend Daniel and his team!
