I loved my stay here ! The room was very big, with all necessities and even some goodies !
We had a nice view on the pool. The staff was very friendly and took all precautions due to covid19.
The buffet at dinner & breakfast was very good with many choices.
All in all the hotel is very family friendly with many activities for kids and teenagers, as well as some fun animations at night.
The best parts were the private beach and the spa !

We had two interconnecting rooms and they were dated; hotel has a refurb program but still doesn’t justify the condition of showers vs price of rooms.
Food is great;
Downside: very in your face money oriented; hotel beach charge 70 euro for first row and 50 for 2nd row; ops manager Daniele was pleasant enough when this was raised but ultimately didn’t care a bit; it’s business and we are making money plus people are happy to pay.... most days the first rows were at least half empty and all other rows full.
Half board can only be used in one restaurant unlike other resorts where they make and allowance towards other restaurants
All in all offering could be amazing if the management cared a little more;
Beach is nice
A beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location. Food was delicious. Breakfast was very impressive, catering to everyone's tastes, with all those little extras that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff, on the whole,were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely too, although the pool definitely needs cleaning attention, especially around the edges. The entertainment was good with Something different most nights. My only complaint,but a substantial one, was that on our very last day (wanting to soak up the peace and sun) the hotel hosted a Cooperate Team Building,Seminar Event. This was right next to the pool, on the grass area, with a very annoying lady on the microphone all afternoon! From about 1pm - 6pm! Too much noise & shouting! Not the best end to our holiday! If these events have to take place by the pool area where guests are enjoying relaxing, the management need to think about their guests and issue a polite warning prior to this. Not an enjoyable last stay!!
